The Coyote Motor oil pump is meticulously assembled with premium billet oil pump gear, ensuring superior performance and durability. For enthusiasts pushing their engines beyond 7000 RPM, we offer a high-flow billet backplate option, providing enhanced oil flow and reliability.
Billet Crank Sprockets from Boundary follows the same heritage as oil pump gears, manufactured 100% in-house with US-sourced materials. These sprockets start with a chromoly steel that is ten times stronger than the OEM powdered metal, hot quenched with a low temper for the highest strength and resistance to wear.

All assembled billet pumps undergo the following:
- Pump is thoroughly taken apart, and all parts undergo ultrasonic cleaning, air blast, and hand inspected.
- Pump is hand de-burred.
- Our industry-leading mirror-finished gear set is used
- Stainless Torx heads replace the stock fasteners
- All fasteners are torqued to spec
- Loctite applied to fasteners to prevent back out or loosening
- Anaerobic sealant applied to critical areas to boost pump up speed and reduce aeration.
- Assembly lubricant applied to all critical surfaces to get oil flowing fast on startup
- Parts are blue-printed and issued with a specification sheet.
Sprockets go through a meticulous process:
- All sprockets heat treated to maximum hardness while maintaining toughness
- Precision CNC machined and broached for snug accurate fit
- Dimensions checked after machining and after heat treatment for guaranteed fit.
- 80% more cross-section versus OEM at the keyway
- Weighs 30% more than OEM at 170 grams vs 130 grams giving it the highest-strength sprocket on the market.
- High finish reduces friction and chain vibration
- New tooth geometry strengthens teeth and keyway
