The Outerwears Pre-filter is an excellent solution to prevent water from entering into the engine due to puddles or heavy rainstorms. An Outerwears Pre-Filter is designed to be water repellent and will reduce the risk of water entering through an air intake system. Although our Pre-Filters are proven to be extremely effective in repelling water, please keep in mind they are not water proof. If submerged, your intake can hold or pass water.

Repels water on contact - S&B Filter Wraps shield your high-performance engine from rain, snow, and excess water that could enter through the intake scoop and compromise the air filter.
Installs in Seconds - Installing an S&B Filter wrap is simple and fast. Just slide the wrap over the air filter until it's fully covered. The elastic material will keep it securely in place, preventing it from shifting or slipping off.
Washable and Reusable - S&B Filter Wraps are easy to clean with dish soap and warm water. After cleaning, simply let the wrap air dry before reattaching it to the air filter.
