- Flashing tunes are done with the TDN phone app. (Does not support RTD Flasher or VCM Editor).

NO tuning is included with this product.
***We cannot sell the RTD4 without a tune unless under certain circumstances. They are used only for reading and loading to vehicles only, and requires special permissions from HP Tuners. So unless you have those permissions, it will be of no use to you.
Requires HP Tuners Credits. RTD4 Interface will require the TDN phone app to flash tunes and a Windows 10+ laptop to datalog and other functions.
